A 24-year-old businessman Abhijit Singh, was killed on early Saturday morning on his BMW vehicles. He was driving crashed out into the grille of a flyover in southeast Delhi’s Harzrat Nizamuddin area. Singh is survived by his parents and an 18-year-old brother

Police said,

” Abhijit Singh was over speeding and at Lala Lajpat Rai Marg when he went to the Lodhi colony flyover before Lodhi Hotel his car lost balance and climbed on the railing of the flyover. It turned and the car fell from the flyover. The injured was admitted to the Moolchand Hospital where he was declared to be dead while providing treatment.”

The officer said “There are high chances that Singh was driving under the influence of alcohol. In the CCTV footage, he was seen driving rashly and in a Zig-Zag path.”

Singh’s family was in shock and refused to speak to the media. “Singh’s father, a builder, had been preparing for his son’s engagement. Even though he had asked Singh to be at home, a day before the engagement, he had insisted to go and party with his friends,” the police said.

According to eyewitness rushed Singh to Moolchand hospital, where he succumbed during treatment. “He had sustained severe head injuries.
